Try Aerial

About this course

This beginner-level introduction covers static trapeze and vertical aerial skills, including silks and rope. Participants are guided through activities that let them experience the physical challenge and techniques associated with these apparatuses, even if aerial work is new to them. The teaching is instructor-led and exploratory, with the class providing an initial experience of more than one aerial discipline rather than focusing on a single apparatus.
