Before you go

  • Wear clothing covering the arms and legs, such as old stretchy or fitted jeans with a belt, leggings, tights or a long-sleeved T-shirt.
  • Clothing may be damaged, so avoid wearing best attire.
  • Bring plimsolls or soft-sole trainers. Shoes are provided, but participants may need to use their own if a suitable size is unavailable.
