Try it out: garden design

About this course

This introductory course explores the early stages of garden design. Learners examine how to assess an outdoor space, consider its intended function and organise the area using a bubble plan. They also practise drawing a simple layout on a supplied plan. Teaching combines live workshops, short lectures, demonstrations, tutorials and individual and group support. Online handouts and assignments are shared through Google Classroom, where learners can access resources, participate in activities and exchange peer feedback.
