Tumbling Level 2 and Level 3

About this course

The course develops existing tumbling skills through technical practice focused on movement links, body awareness and control. Participants work towards combining individual moves into short sequences and routines, while continuing to develop their fitness and technique. Teaching is adapted across the mixed-level group, with progressions offered to participants working at the more advanced level.

Is this course right for you?

The course is intended for intermediate participants who have successfully completed Level 1 or Level 2 and have been signed off by their teacher. As a mixed-level class, it includes progressions for those working at a more advanced level.

• Previous completion of Level 1 or Level 2 is stated as suitable preparation
• Teacher sign-off is required for the stated progression route
• Participants work in a mixed-level group with differentiated progressions

Before you go

• Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest.
• Clean indoor trainers are requested.
