About this course
The course introduces essential ukulele technique through group-based learning. Participants explore simple chords, common strumming patterns, timing and tuning, alongside some background on the instrument’s use and history. Sessions combine tutor instruction, practical demonstrations and shared work on songs. The course also introduces playing with other ukulele learners and accompanying singing.

The course is intended for beginners to the ukulele and is taught through shared group lessons. The Beginner (A1) label indicates an introductory level, with learning centred on fundamental playing techniques and songs.
