About this course
The course explores colonial legacies connected with conflicts in West and Central Africa. Teaching combines PowerPoint presentations with reading and discussion of contemporary sources in translation, supported by selected online videos. Participants will be invited to share ideas in class and reflect on the material discussed. Occasional reading beyond the class may be suggested, with a worksheet for those who choose to complete it.
