About this course
This beginner-level circus class introduces participants to working with a unicycle and stilts. Guided instruction covers developing skills on both forms of apparatus, while the activities challenge balance and core control. The session is suitable for people without previous circus experience and provides an introduction to these two areas of circus practice.
