About this course

This course introduces the main features of the Apple Mac operating system, including the desktop, menu bar, Dock, Finder, icons, folders and files. Participants will practise everyday tasks such as using the mouse, navigating windows, adjusting settings, copying and pasting, and saving documents. The course also covers basic word processing, web use and key computer terminology. Teaching combines demonstrations with clear, step-by-step instruction to explain how the different parts of a Mac and its applications work together.
