Vegan Ready Steady Bake Class – Christmas Edition

About this course

The class begins with a demonstration covering the recipes and methods used during the session. Participants then work at their own stations to prepare vegan mince pies, Noel gingerbread biscuits, cinnamon, walnut and banana loaf, and orange chocolate brownies. Teaching includes vegan baking tips, shortcuts and ways to adapt recipes using plant-based ingredients. The session is suitable for those following vegan and LF diets.

Is this course right for you?

The course is marked as suitable for all levels and combines group demonstration with individual station work. Under-10s can attend when booked with a paying adult, with a separate paid place required for each person in the kitchen.

Before you go

• Aprons, equipment, ingredients and other facilities are provided.
• Participants should bring a large container for taking their bakes home.
