About this course
The course develops communication for interactions with service users, colleagues and other professionals. Learners practise responding to instructions and concerns, reporting information, asking questions and adapting language to different situations. Teaching uses realistic care scenarios alongside articles, reports and instructions. Learners also work on formal letters, persuasive emails, professional reports, punctuation and technical vocabulary, with opportunities to present ideas, join discussions and respond to others.
