The course examines how to shape messages that are concise, clearly structured and suited to their purpose. Participants work on language, structure, pace, tone and volume, alongside the emotional aspects of speaking, including passion and fear. Teaching combines discussion and practical exercises in writing, speaking, listening and responding. Activities address storytelling, creating curiosity, reading the mood of a room, handling challenging questions and encouraging interaction. The course is available on campus or online.
