VTCT Level 4 Chemical Peels Course

About this course

The course examines skin peeling theory alongside advanced anatomy, physiology and microbiology. Participants study non-medical peeling treatments for the face and body, including applications related to skin rejuvenation, superficial blemishes, pigmentation, skin texture and hydration. Training includes practical peeling treatments for case studies and assessment, an online theory examination and a practical examination. The qualification is completed through a selection of case study treatment areas, followed by theory and practical assessment.

Is this course right for you?

The course is intended for qualified Level 3 beauty therapists working in the aesthetics or beauty industry. Its Advanced level indicates study beyond foundational training, with participation involving practical treatment work, case studies and externally assessed examinations.

• Requires a full UK Level 3 Beauty Therapy Diploma or specified Level 3 units in Facial Electrical services and Anatomy and Physiology
• Applicants are expected to be currently working in the aesthetics or beauty industry
• Includes practical treatment assessments as well as theory assessment
