Watercolour Painting Course

About this course

The course introduces watercolour paints and inks through tutor demonstrations and structured exercises. Participants explore how to begin a pen-and-ink drawing, use a colour wheel to understand basic colour theory, and create tone with cross-hatching and line alone. The course also covers adding colour washes and incorporating accidental marks into a composition. Learners apply these techniques to produce several watercolour artworks on paper during the course.
