About this course

The course introduces the tools and techniques of watercolour painting through still life studies and personal projects. Participants explore the handling of perspective and subjects including architecture, nature and people. Alongside practical painting work, the course covers historical and practical knowledge, with reference to key historical works and different artistic approaches. Outdoor plein-air work may be included on occasion if desired.
