About this course
The course introduces the basic principles and health and safety considerations of working with resin. Demonstrations and verbal explanations cover mixing resin, combining it with fabric, paper and other mixed-media materials, adding jewellery findings, and using moulds to construct three-dimensional pieces. Participants develop jewellery designs and make resin items through project-based practical work. Teaching includes visual handouts, one-to-one guidance and group discussion, with questions, progress records and completed practical work used to assess learning.
