About this course
Participants taste a selection of sparkling, white, rosé and red wines from appellations across the Northern and Southern Rhône, including Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages and regional crus. The course examines how the Rhône’s varied landscapes and growing conditions influence wine styles, from Côte-Rôtie to Costières de Nîmes and Luberon. Discussion also covers current winemaking practices, emerging approaches, regional challenges and innovations, alongside guidance on choosing wines from the region.
