About this course
Participants work across four Microsoft Office applications. In Word, they create formatted reports, letters and meeting agendas using headings and bullet points. Excel activities focus on constructing spreadsheets with calculations, including totals and percentages. PowerPoint is used to assemble presentations for meetings, business pitches and training sessions. The course also covers professional communication in Outlook, including writing emails, arranging calendar meetings and setting reminders. The emphasis is on producing clear, functional documents and using office software for common workplace tasks.
