About this course
This course places learners in a real early education or childcare setting, where they use English with children, staff and parents. They support planned activities and everyday routines while following guidance from senior staff and adapting how they communicate to different situations. Learners also review their placement experience through spoken and written English. The course covers how to identify what went well, consider alternative approaches and describe experience and skills in a way that can be used in job applications or interviews.
