About this course
The course examines two major French wine regions through their principal areas and grape varieties. The Loire section covers Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, Chenin Blanc from Vouvray and Muscadet from Nantes, while the Burgundy section considers Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot Noir across the Côte d’Or, Côte Chalonnaise, Mâconnais and Beaujolais.
