About this course
The course surveys South Africa’s varied wine regions and the styles associated with them. It considers classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends from Stellenbosch, Chenin Blanc and Syrah from Swartland, and Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the cooler Elgin region.
