About this course
The course introduces the creative non-fiction genre and considers techniques used in this form of writing. Participants will analyse short texts, discuss their responses in pairs and groups, and complete individual writing exercises to begin developing their own pieces. Teaching combines formal instruction with discussion and workshop-style feedback on learners’ writing. The course is designed as an initial exploration rather than a sustained programme of creative non-fiction study.
