About this course

The course examines the factors that influence the style, quality and price of principal wines from around the world, including still, sparkling and fortified styles. Specialist educators guide participants through tasting a selected range of wines, from household brands to bottles from iconic producers. Participants develop a structured approach to recording tasting observations and use those notes to reach objective conclusions about a wine’s style, quality and readiness for drinking.
