Yule Log Workshop
An all-levels baking workshop covering yule log preparation, icing, decoration and festive amaretti.
About this course
Participants make a yule log, or bûche de Noël, from baked sponge through to rolling, icing and decoration. The workshop also includes baking a batch of festive amaretti, which can be given as gifts. It is structured around preparing and assembling both bakes during the session.
