About this course
This advanced course develops existing Meisner practice through repetition exercises focused on observation, active listening and responding to stimuli. Participants explore how imagination can inform emotional responses and connect with a scene’s given circumstances. Teaching includes voice, movement, scene study and acting for camera, alongside work on rehearsal technique and professional practice. The course examines Meisner’s approach to truthful connection in the rehearsal room and its application across theatre, film and television.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for advanced actors with prior Meisner Technique experience. Selection is by application, and applicants must meet one of the stated experience routes, as well as being over 18 and fluent in English.
- Applicants need either three professional acting credits or at least one year of acting training
- Previous experience of Meisner Technique is essential
- Selection takes place through an application process
- Participants must be over 18 and have fluent, confident English
