About this course
The course examines screen acting through the principles of Meisner technique, with detailed work on preparing scripts for camera. Participants practise techniques for staying present across multiple takes and explore how to create more truthful, nuanced performances on screen. Teaching combines collaborative class work with voice and movement exercises. It also considers the collaborative nature of working on set, helping participants apply practical acting techniques to film and television performance.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for actors with some screen-acting experience or experienced theatre performers seeking to work on camera. It requires selection by application and one of the stated routes: three professional acting credits, at least one year of acting training, or completion of RADA’s Acting for Camera course.
