About this course
The course introduces or develops a range of pottery methods, including hand building, wheel throwing, surface decoration and glazing. Each session focuses on a different technique, with time set aside for practising and experimenting with clay. Learners can determine the pace and depth of their work, whether they are building foundational skills or extending existing ones. The course combines structured technique-based teaching with space for individual making.

Before you go
- All course materials are provided, including buff stoneware clay, tools, slips, moulds and studio glazes.
- Wear clothes that can get dirty. An apron may also be brought.
