About this course

This workshop examines character through the body, using improvisations supported by music, sound, images and text. Participants explore how movement can inform character creation, including elements of Laban and animal work. The teaching focuses on developing different physical approaches to character and examining how people think, speak and move. Activities are designed for actors developing their technique and exploring greater spontaneity in their practice.
